PromptApp Fair Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") describes the acceptable use and restrictions on usage of the PromptApp ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in the termination or suspension of your access to the App.

2. Usage Limits

The App allows users to edit photos and images using artificial intelligence. To ensure the quality of our service and prevent abuse, we have implemented rate limits based on the user's subscription type:

1. Free Users: Users with a free subscription are allowed a maximum of 10 edits per day.
2. Paying Users: Users with a paid subscription are granted "unlimited" access to the editing service. However, to ensure fair use and availability for all users, the service will be throttled after 100 edits in a single day. The speed of the service may be reduced for the remainder of the day.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these rate limits at any time without prior notice.

3. Enforcement and Consequences of Violations

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to any violation of this Policy, including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating your access to the App, removing or disabling access to content that violates this Policy.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes to this Policy will be posted on our website and/or in the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
